Our policy is simple, if you are not 100% happy with the service we provide, call us by 11 am the next business day and we will work with you to make things right up to and including returning to your home to address the issue or re-clean whatever area is in question at no additional charge to you. It's that simple!
We reserve the right to work singularly, or in teams of 2 or 3.
'Maids & More' employees will always wear uniform and name badges and will arrive in a company vehicle.
All our employees are fully vetted and reference checked. They are our full time employees so it is our responsibility for employee National Insurance, PAYE and Employers Liability Insurance. Our employees are local residents and live in and around the Henley on Thames and surrounding villages.
We strive to meet individual cleaning requirements for all our clients which is why it is so important to carry out a free in-home no obligation estimate for our Maid & Housekeeper Services. You can tell us what you want us to do and help to prioritise work in order that can do our utmost to achieve it.
We like to work from an agreed list or work schedule so you are totally aware of the work we will be carrying out. If you are having guests or require different cleaning priorities you can call the office, email or just complete the on line work schedule.
